We have been commissioned to construct a car dealership for Arend Knoop, an authorised dealer for Hyundai, in Oldenburg/Holstein.
A commercial centralisation of the consisting car dealerships is due to be built in this building among other things. Furthermore, the Hyundai guidelines must be taken into consideration.
The construction project has an overall area of approximately 1,630 m². Also, it contains an exhibition, a workshop, staff rooms, an office block and a rooftop terrace.
The finalisation is due for the end of May 2016.

The DAL Deutsche Anlagen Leasing placed an order via a property company for the new construction of an assembly hall and a logistics hall in Idar-Oberstein. This contract shall be implemented for WAYAND AG. It involves approximately 4,500 m² of hall space, roughly 640 m² of office space and staff rooms as well as 5,200 m² attached outer surface. The overall completion is planned for the end of March next year.

The Wayand AG produces exterior and interior plastic components for the automotive industry. They also manufacture parts for companies in the agricultural and commercial vehicle sector.

We received the order from August Kuhlow GmbH & Co. KG to construct a turn-key company building with neighbouring two storey office wing. The company building will receive a crane system. We have received the order from Haworth GmbH in Bad Münder. The project involves the construction of a new building which consists of a hall for the production line and a warehouse as well as a connection bridge. The start of construction is planned for February 2015; the part-turn-key handover should take place in May 2015. The production line hall and warehouse have an area of approximately 2,700 m²; the connection bridge is 15 m long. The office furniture manufacturer Haworth can generate 60 new jobs with their new building.

The company Kirsch Verpackungssysteme Handels- und Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH granted us their general contractor order on the 02.12.2014. Thus, the planning and construction of their head office in Waiblingen, near Stuttgart may begin.

A warehouse with a fully built in sprinkler system and with approximately 6,200 m² shelf and block storage space, a mezzanine level with roughly 1,400 m² as well as 1,500 m² of offices and staff rooms will be constructed on land of about 10,500 m².

The building application is expected to be submitted within this year. The project completion is due for the end of 2015.

It merely took 6 months building phase when our client, Adler Immobilien KG, granted their approval towards the construction project on 01.12.2014. The Adler KG passed on the object to their tenant Goodyear simultaneously. Approximately 15,000 m² of hall space substitutes for a numerous amount of small facilities and provides room for up to 450,000 tyres. The building meets the highest environmental standards with the use of energy-saving LED technology, radiant tube heaters with low energy consumption as well as heat pump technology for the connected offices and with solar collectors that heat the supply air.
